The Sunflower Festival at Coppal House Farm: July 27 – Aug 4th!

SKC loves the annual Sunflower Festival at Coppal House Farm! We can’t wait to see the sunflowers back in full bloom again this summer. This year is extra special as it’s the 10th Anniversary of this annual event.

Coppal House Farm’s Sunflower Festival is a live bloom that takes place over 9 days! This year will feature new events such as Yoga in the Sunflower and Evening Horse-Drawn Rides through the sunflowers and some enhancements to others (breakfast & coffee available at Sunrise in the Sunflowers)!

Every year we grow acres of sunflowers that will ultimately be harvested to become our award winning sunflower oil. Until that time comes, we invite you to visit the farm during the peak bloom of our field and bask in its golden beauty! There are many things to do during the sunflower festival from shopping at our weekend craft fairs & partaking in the delicious offerings of local food vendors to visiting our sheep & horses in the animal barns and shopping our farm stand packed with farm grown and other sunflower themed items, including sunflower blossoms.

The Sunflower Festival begins on Saturday, July 27th and runs through Sunday, August 4th from 10:00am – 6:00pm. This is a great outdoor family friendly event that is enjoyed by photographers, sunflower lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts every year!

While you are there you can visit with their draft horses, chickens, and sheep, take pictures of the sunflowers, and shop for their meats, eggs, sunflower oil, and local merchandise in the farm store. On the weekends, you can listen to local musicians, shop for creative handmade goods at the 40-vendor craft fair and relax in the wine garden featuring Flag Hill Distillery & Winery.

Guests are welcome to bring in their own food and have a picnic or they can grab lunch from one of the local food, drink, and ice cream vendors!
