Morning for Mom: Sweat and Socialize

$20Get in a 45 minute workout, followed by a social session to connect with other moms. This class focuses on low impact movements, incorporating core and full body strength, and improving posture and alignment to relieve pain and discomfort. Class will end with a moment for mom to relax, refocus and recharge.
All levels are welcome; pre and postnatal mamas are welcome. Modifications are provided. [Safe for diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, and c-section concerns.]
Keurig coffee will be provided (but feel free to bring your own beverage and/or cup… or nothing at all and just hang out!)
