Your 4 – 8 year old will love Monday Movers! They can expect one hour of movement games, music, and lots of fun, all within an inclusive, supportive environment.

Each week’s class will be built around a specific theme and will be co-led by Marissa (RYT-200, certified yoga, movement, and mindfulness instructor through Deep Play for Kids, mom of 2) and Sarah (experienced elementary teacher and mom of 2).

All props will be provided and caregivers are welcome to use this time as a mini-break for themselves.

Class size is limited; advance sign up is preferred.
