Little Yogis (ages 4-8) and their caregiver are invited to join us in this mindful, yet playful class! This class will expand mini yogi minds and strengthen their bodies. Through animal yoga poses, creative yoga style games, dance, music, and laughter, children will discover the joy of yoga. You and your child will celebrate developing mobility and verbal expression through this supportive, fun-loving and active class. Silly and unique tot-friendly yoga postures enhance concentration and listening skills, while refining motor coordination. This yoga class creates a beautiful parent/child yoga experience.
